By participating in activities at Look Up Ranch, including horse lessons, equine-assisted therapy, farm school, camps, animal interaction, and ranch activities, participants acknowledge that these activities involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, property damage, or death.

 

All participants voluntarily assume these risks and agree to release and hold harmless Look Up Ranch, its owners, staff, volunteers, instructors, therapists, and affiliates from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

 

Participants are responsible for maintaining their own medical and liability insurance coverage.

Look Up Ranch reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

 

Participation in any program or entry onto the property constitutes acceptance of these terms.
